2. If the journey is being cancelled two hours prior to pick up time in London postcodes and outer areas will require 4 hours cancellation notification. Then payment will be fully refunded to the customer's debit/credit card.

If the journey is cancelled after driver being dispatched to pick up point, will result in a charge, which will be decided by London airports express, depending on the pickup distance,place,parking or other charges subject to a minimum of £10.00 The rest of the payment will be refunded to the customer's debit/credit card.
